By using TornHost services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to terminate any service that violates our policies without refund.

Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for first-time customers. If you are not satisfied with the performance, contact support within 48 hours of purchase. Crypto payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time via the billing panel. Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To ensure high performance for all users on our shared nodes, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Cryptocurrency Mining / Plotting
DDoS Scripts / Booters / Stressers
Malware / Botnet Hosting
Tor Exit Nodes
Illegal Content (CSAM, Piracy Hubs)

Resource Usage

While we offer "Unlimited" storage on some plans for fair use, you may not use your server as a file backup repository. CPU usage must be fair; sustaining 100% CPU load for extended periods may result in a forced restart or suspension.
